CHVRCHES – Chvrches are a Scottish electropop band from Glasgow, formed in 2011. The group consists of Lauren Mayberry, Iain Cook, and Martin Doherty. Chvrches featured on BBC Sound of 2013 long list.



Daft Punk have confirmed their alliance with Columbia Records. Their website recently switched from showing the band’s logo to the image above; a helmet in two parts with the record label’s logo in the bottom right.
The duo of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo are due to release a new album this year, according to Nile Rodgers.

Capital Cities – Ryan Merchant and Sebu Simonian, the frontmen behind the breakout alt-dance group Capital Cities, are a success story spawned by the Internet that has continued to blossom. The Los Angeles-based act took both the blogosphere and the shores of California by storm with their self-titled debut EP, out now on Capitol Records/Lazy Hooks. Their electronic-infused pop rock represents all that is right in modern music making, and makes the perfect soundscape for a day at the beach, or a night in the dark part of town, as long as you’re ready to dance.



RDGLDGRN (pronounced Red Gold Green) is an American band based out of Washington, DC that was formed in 2011. The band recorded their debut album at Sound City Studios in 2012 with producer Kevin Augunas and engineer Clif Norrell. They have worked with a wide range of notable musicians, including Dave Grohl and Pharrell Williams.
