Dag Nasty of DC announced their show at the Black Cat (dec 28th) and now its sold out! Many people are scarmbling for tickets but this old school DC hard core band tickets may be about the hardest to come by. Any fan that has them wont give them up. The only hope is that maybe they announce a 2nd show? We’ll have to see.

Dag Nasty was a Washington D.C. melodic hardcore band formed in 1985 by guitarist Brian Baker of Minor Threat, drummer Colin Sears and bassist Roger Marbury, both of Bloody Mannequin Orchestra, and vocalist Shawn Brown (later of Swiz and Jesuseater[3]). Their style of less aggressive, melodic hardcore was influential to emocore, as well as post-hardcore;[4] they being influenced by The Faith and their 1983 EP Subject to Change.[5]
